[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Note that in preparation for the G14 run the Torus magnet has been 
cooled down over the
past several weeks. The final cool down to the 4.5K operating 
temperature will take another
couple days only.

Serguey's CLAS12 presentation on the Data Acquisition system.
