[Hallb-engineering] HD target

Dear Colleagues,

Last night a new polarized HD target has been transferred to the in-beam 
cryostat.
The initial polarizations were ~52% (H) and 13% (D). After a (partial) 
spin transfer
from H to D polarizations are about 27% (H) and 30% (D) with some 
uncertainty due
to the not fully known normalization. The HDIce team and the Hall B 
technical folks
worked very hard to make this a great success!

The G14 experiment should be ready to take 5-pass beam with linearly 
polarized
photons this afternoon.
