During beam studies on Wed 2/22  I would like as many hands in the hall 
to clean off work tables, floor and all areas of the hall.  It came to 
my attention the it was stated in a ATlist that Hall B was a mess. This 
is not acceptable. If need be I will take the hall to Restricted Access 
if it helps to increase the number of people to help with the clean up.
