[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,

Please find the minutes of today's Hall B meeting at the usual link:

Note that Hall B is currently open to change the beam line in 
preparation for the electron beam test. Other activities are also 
underway. Activities in the Hall must be coordinated with the Hall B 
work coordinator and the PDL.
