[Hallb-engineering] Minutes of Hall B meeting

Dear Colleagues,

The minutes of today's Hall B meeting have been posted at:

G14-HD run is generally going well with increased beam availability and 
stability.
Preparations for the electron beam tests in the second half of February 
are underway.
The new beam schedule is expected to be available in a few days.
