[Hallb-engineering] EEL Access

Hi All,

     I wanted to give everyone a heads up on access through the target 
groups area of the EEL.
I spoke with James and Josh this morning and they are in the process of 
building transfer lines
for the cryo group.  That means that the bay area in front of the roll 
up door is blocked off and
inaccessible. They should be finished with this project by the 1st of 
August.  We will have no
access to move anything in or out of the clean room or 125 (pcal area) 
before then.
