[Hallb-engineering] Last one to go

[Douglas Tilles]

This is the last  TOF panel detector to be removed from the Hall. Starting on the 22 of this month the North Clam Shell will be removed and the 12 GeV project will start.
I would like to thank all of the Tech staff for the great job over the last 8 months.
On even a brighter note there have been no injures or safety issues during the entire project.
