[Hallb-engineering] TEDF move of Tech staff

By the End of Aug all of the tech staff need to be out of trailer's 94A and 94D and relocated to the first floor of the TEDF. Attachment shows the Hall B area in Green. Moving containers will be brought over to be filled and labeled with the persons name and the moving people will take them to the new area. Any cabinet that is going that has items that can not stay in it during the move will need to be taken in small loads. Time will need to be set aside to do this. Walt will talk Volker about the time and personal needed to do this move.
