[Hallb-engineering] block removal for steel work installation

On Friday all hands for my guys and any volunteers will be unstacking the shield blocks from the tagger block house for the removal of 2 green shield blocks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The picture shows the blocks and it will need to go down to the green blocks. the second one shows the problem.
