Please limit spending on all OPS accounts to emergencyl items ONLY. (To include AOPS, BOPS, COPS, DOPS....). 

This includes items you buy through the stockroom, processing of travel, credit cards, machine shop jobs, and purchase requisitions. 

Please contact Susan Brown (ext. 7668) prior to utilizing OPS accounts for any purchase until further notice.
