[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting and Call for Volunteers

Dear All,

Please find the minutes of yesterday's Hall B meeting at this link:

=> Please take note of the activities in Hall B that have entered into 
high gear with the pre-cabling of the Forward Carriage. The volunteer 
teams: Will Phelps, Jason Bono, Rafael Badui, Dipak Rimal (all FIU), 
Diane Schott (GWU), and Cole Smith (UVA) have done excellent work during 
the past week, and they will continue their service work to the 
collaboration until the end of this week.

=> Now is the time for new volunteers to step up and continue this work 
in the coming week(s). If there are students, postdocs, senior 
researchers and faculty who can spent one or two weeks in Hall B, they 
will be able to make a valuable contribution to the completion of CLAS12.

=> Once the pre-cabling activity is completed in mid October, the PCAL 
an then the FTOF systems will be installed. Both systems are ready for 
installation and to begin cosmic ray calibration in CLAS12.

Please contact Eugene Pasyuk (pasyuk at jlab.org) if you or members of your 
group can make a contribution to the completion of the CLAS12 
installation in the next couple of weeks..
