[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting

Dear all,

Please find the minutes of today's Hall B meeting at the usual link:

Please note that there will be an OSHA inspector in Hall B tomorrow to 
look at any potential safety issues. Also, the assembly of all 12 mirror 
segments of HTCC is now complete, a big milestone! The next step is a 
review for the full mirror assembly, sometimes next week.
