Dear all,

We have an exciting collaboration meeting coming up next week. In order 
to have enough food and drinks for the networking reception and for the 
breaks throughout the meeting, we need to know how many participants 
will be present at the meeting. If you haven't registered yet, it is 
important that you do this today. Of course, the main attraction will be 
the scientific and technical program.
