[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting minutes

Please note that a major milestone was achieved last week with the 
completion of the new high-resolution Forward Time-of-Flight (FTOF panel 
1b) installation. The components consisting of 372 scintillator bars of 
62 different sizes, 744 PMTs and HV dividers were selected, QA/QC 
tested, and fully assembled and tested by the University of South 
Carolina group under the leadership of Ralf Gothe (for technical details 
see: http://www.jlab.org/Hall-B/clas12-web/specs/ftof.pdf). The six 
sectors were then installed in the forward carriage by the Hall B 
technical and physics staff.

Also, note the presentation by Harut Avakian on the INT workshop on 3D 
nucleon structure, and the talk by Zhihong Ye on a prototype 
scintillating fiber detector which might be useful for the PRAD experiment.
