Subject: New Stockroom Rule.

Good morning gentlemen,

 I just wanted to let you know, that starting today, we are going
to tell customers (or your people) that they can't leave until their
items are processed and paid for. Lately, too many people are leaving
with items they didn't have enough money to pay for. It's causing problems
for us, because it's throwing our "on hand" numbers off, and we are the ones
who have to track account managers and try to have them add more money into
certain people accounts (sometimes they do it, sometimes they don't). Please
share this with your people, so they aren't too upset when they leave here
empty handed, because of their lack of funds.
