Subject: Upcoming End Station Power Outage

All:

As discussed earlier, in order to complete the UIM electrical
work, Facilities will require an electrical outage of the
End Station complex.  This will impact virtually everything
in Halls A/B/C and the Counting House.

They've requested to do the work next Friday, July 17th, and
the schedule would be as follows.

7:30 - 8:30 AM - ESR is secured and shutdown (no cryogens)
8:30 - 8:50 AM - All end station transformers are powered down.
(Generator backed power should continue for the Counting House)
8:50 - 10:00 AM - Testing of electrical connections.
10:00 - 10:20 AM - Restoration of end station power
12:00 - 6:00 PM - Restoration of ESR

Please let me know if their are any show stoppers that
prevent this work from being performed or if you require
additional information.
