[Hallb-engineering] CLAS collaboration meeting reception

Dear all,

As you know we will have the CLAS collaboration meeting next week from 
Wednesday through Friday.  Last year we had a nice reception at the end 
of the first day that many people enjoyed, and we will have a reception 
this time as well. Due to an oversight we neglected to include the 
charge for the reception into the registration. Unfortunately, this 
cannot be fixed online as over 50 participants have already registered  
for the meeting (thank you!), but have not been charged for the reception.

To offset the cost we will ask members who plan to attend the reception 
to pay approximately $20.00 (in cash or by writing a check) just before 
the reception (students will not be charged).
