[Hallb-engineering] don't throw away stuff before noon

Hi Mac,
I don't know what that stuff shown was used for or who it belongs to. 
I'm heading over there now to see what else is being thrown out. Seems 
to me that superconductor could be stored under cover outside or in 
transportainers.
