[Hallb-engineering] run status

Hello all,

There was a short attempt to deliver tune mode beam to Hall-B last evening.
However, machine did not got to the point to run in CW mode due to various
issues with BLMs and cavities. These issues are now being taking care of.
In the mean time Hall-B went to "Controlled access" and will stay in 
that state
until beam delivery will be resumed, perhaps mid afternoon. If you have any
thing to check/test/repair ..., this is the time to do so.
