[Hallb-engineering] BEam for HPS and HPS shifts

Dear all,

We are planning to resume beam running starting tomorrow, Wednesday, 
March 18.
We will start sweeping the hall at 4pm and get to beam permit soon 
after. All hall work
must be done before 4pm.
The HPS shifts starting 4pm tomorrow, March 18, must be manned. The 
current plan is
to run till 6am on Monday, March 23. So, please plan accordingly.

The run coordination meetings will be daily, at 3pm in the counting 
house conference
room on the second floor.
