[Hallb-engineering] Hall B meeting

Dear all,

  The minutes of yesterday's Hall B meeting are now available:

We had a final report of the HPS run coordinator announcing that HPS has 
collected 77% of the integrated charge the experiment was aiming for.  
This is considered a great success given the numerous issues with the 
machine operation during the month of March .
