Subject: Notice of Electric Shock

Dear colleagues,

Everyone at Jefferson Lab is responsible for reporting cases of electric shock, no matter how minor, to Occupational Medicine at x7539.

Jefferson Lab asks you to report incidents of electric shock, because no matter how minor, a direct exposure to electricity can result in a variety of consequences to your body.

It is important to remember that some equipment has the potential for shock even after turning it off and/or disconnecting the power cord.

Thank you,

ESH&Q
