[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Solenoid Lead Reservoir Level Control

Since November 25, the lead reservoir is not controlling its level as well as it did before. We changed the EV8611JT Min loop input to TD8513S in the DBX because it sees the temperature bump first and this seems to work. The helium level has dropped below 100% and is controlling around its setpoint of 80%
