Called Bob and suggested we start warm up tonight. He agreed so I started.

1) Turned Regul Target off
2) Turned Empty Target on 
3) waited until Process Complete displayed
4) Turned Heating Target on
5) Closed FV5KH to pressurize the helium reservoir and opened JT_2K to empty the cryostat helium reservoir of Helium
