[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Radial supports

The Z supports were checked to verify all had some pre-load above the vacuum load. (fiberglass links have tension)
To do this required we tightened the following sets of 10-32 screws:
US BR B 1/4 turn on all 4
US BL B 1/8 turn on all 4
US BL T 3/4 turn on all 4
DS BR T 1/4 turn on all 4

ALL others left as is and we saw small changes in loads when opposing supports were tightened.
