[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Hall B Cryogenic Problem - PLC/Comms/Blowing Reliefs

Multiple Issues.

None of the Hall B PLC's are reading back to the network.
The liquid helium reservoirs in SST and TST have their relief valves blowing.
I can't get a hold of any PLC experts to get things going again.

Contacted Cryo - Nusair Hasan
Asked him to throttle our supply pressure to 1.5 atm to see if we can bring down the pressure and get the RV's to seal while keeping some kind of cold in the system.

NEED SUPPORT ASAP

I do not have phone contacts for some critical folks and others are not answering.
