[Hallb-engineering] [Revised Logentry] Solenoid/Buffer Dewar Recovery and Torus Status

Solenoid and Buffer dewar are recovered!

The Torus continues to warm.  A plot of the average coil temperature and the vacuum is shown. No vacuum data updates between 21:44 and 07:02 because the network was down and those signals are being communicated by that network. NOTICE, the vacuum is rising so the second bump that I expected is coming.

We will recover the Torus cryo tomorrow if we can do it without effecting solenoid operations if not we will wait till Monday or park the magnet at 80K and wait till the solenoid project is complete.

Detail notes on how the system was recovered were generated and distributed,
Denny Insley was in the control room and recieved significant cross training during this event.
