I contacted the Cryo Group. They will start up the transferline from CHL to ESR to support the recooling of the Torus within the hour,  and they gave the go ahead to start the Torus cooldown

I've set up the controls to start the Torus cooldown and to limit the flow to Hall B to 8g/s.
The coils are 59K now and tomorrow we should be able to go to cold return. This should help stabilize the system and make controlling the Solenoid cryo more stable.
