[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Hall B Magnets Ramping

The plan for today is the following

1. Power Torus to 3770 A
2. Run Torus down to 1800 A
3. Power Solenoid to 2416 A while monitoring for interactions
4. 'Soak' both magnets for ~24 hours

2 shifts have been scheduled 7-7

Step one will start shortly.

Dave has requested to be on ESR compressors for warm return. The Hall B cryo target is full, but will not be filled during this time.
