[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Solenoid Cooldown

4K cooling of the Solenoid began this morning.
AT 8:45 the UPS was put back on line
At 9:11 the 4K supply valve in the DBX was slowly opene.
At 9:18 there was 5K gas in the SST
At 10:35 the lead flow heaters were repaired and we re-established lead flow
Liquid is collecting in the Lead Reservoir, and we are taking liquid out and putting into the liquid helium channel
Pressure in the insulating vacuum space continues to improve.
Time rate of change of the shield is -5K/hr and of the cold mass -1.7K/hr
Both superconducting liquid helium level probes do not seem to be working properly and are being checked out.
