[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Solenoid "Training Quench" and Recovery

Dear Mont,
It is in the fast daq files that Brian Eng recovers and circulates.
The first morning quench was at 1059 amps and the second at 1066 amps.  
Coil 3 both times.
We have thus had, in order, quenches in coil 3,4,4,3,3.

Should try again about 2PM today once cryo has finished recovering.
