I added PID controls on EV8612 and EV8611CD to automatically shut these valves upon a fast dump that opens the relief valve RV8670.

I also worked on the PID tune for PV8522SR to make it more similar to the Torus as far as controls since we now can use EV8611CD for recooling the coils of the solenoid when needed since it is now sealing properly. I did partially enable and test this functionallity last week after the ESR trip.
