[Hallb-engineering] Engineering run update

Dear All,

Machine setup to begin beam delivery to all four halls simultaneously is well
underway. The current plan is to lock up Hall B tomorrow afternoon in preparation
for beam delivery to continue our Engineering Run for CLAS12. This commissioning
period is scheduled until Jan. 28. The newly updated run plan for January is posted

We will recommence our 3 p.m. Engineering Run meetings (the so-called Run Coordinator
meetings) on Friday afternoon and they will continue daily (unless cancelled) for the
duration of the run. The bluejeans connection information is given below for folks offsite.
