Solenoid SV8622 is supposed to open when DP of lead reservoir and helium return header is <.08atm & actual flow <90% of requested flow. By opening it temporarily vents Helium to atmosphere which allows flow across the leads.

Torus has a similar valve SV8122 and attached is a plot of it working last night.  The Solenoid's vent did not open as we added a current threshold so as to not waste helium when not operating.  This value was not absolute so criteria was never met.  This condition has been updated to absolute current.  Now it should only control ramp on flow if it does not recover after opening the valve or if the valve has to remain open for >5 minutes.
