[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Hall B 4K cryoshutdown

Hall B is still taking 3g/s of warm (4atm) helium. 
The Torus and Solenoid are warming at 0.01K/hr (as you can see on their helium screens)
Torus is at 88.6K, Solenoid at 87.5K and Buffer Dewar has 101K in and 196Kout

I'm shutting PV8563C for the work on the ESR today. I may reopen it after the work depending how much the Magnets rise in temperature over the day.
