I looked a bit more at this. The leak rate was of order 1.5g/s with ~0.1atm DP.

Chris Perry went to ESR and found that the 4K return valve was not fully seated and he changed the settings and it now has "full seating force".

I checked again the back flow leaking and it is now nearly leak tight, but seems to have a very slight leak ~0.1g/s (See Plots)
