[Hallb-engineering] Hall lock-up today and HCO for Hall-B subsystems

Dear all,

Hall-B will be locked up today from 3pm for accelerator systems HCO. 
Hall will be open tomorrow morning.

Machine restoration is moving forward and we anticipate possible beam 
for "collaborative checks" on Friday, as posted on the MCC white board 
(meaning we may have beam to tagger dump for beam transport studies).

To system owners in Hall-B and HPS, please proceed with checking off 
your systems in HCO, we must have Hall-B ready for beam by Friday.
