[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Solenoid Relief Valve RV8611 blowing

The Solenoid relief valve has been blowing intermitantly since 13:00 yesterday. 
First thought was that the vacuums in the supply and return u-tubes was bad. The vacuum jackets did feel a bit cold but the vacuums were less than 1 mTorr. We left the pumps on them for the rest of the day.

I closed PV8512S fully and cycled EV8611JT to 0 then 100 three times. I put everything back to orignal settings and will check back in a few hours to see if the oscillation has ceased.
