[Hallb-engineering] Checkout of sub-systems in HCO

Dear all,

While expectation for a beam to physics is December 2, I want to ask you to complete checkout and sign-off of your respective detector sub-systems in HCO by Wednesday, November 27. I wan to make sure that all systems are “GO” before we depart for Thanksgiving break. Let me know if you have any questions or there is issues in signing off of your system.
