[Hallb-engineering] Shifts may start earlier, August 1st

Dear all,

The machine restoration is progressing reasonably well. Current projections are to lock-up Hall-B on Friday swing with expectations of a beam on Saturday. If everything goes well, we will start staffing the counting room on Saturday, August 1st instead of the 3rd as previously was announced. I will update you regularly as the situation may change, so please read your emails.
