[Hallb-engineering] [EXTERNAL] Cancellation of the in-person CLAS Collaboration meeting on March 24-27, 2020

Dear CLAS collaborators,

Considering the growing health issues and international/domestic travel suspensions with the COVID19 outbreak, the CLAS collaboration has cancelled the in-person collaboration meeting at Jefferson Lab in Newport News, VA. The collaboration meeting will take place online via Bluejeans from March 24- 27, 2020. The meeting will be downscaled to have a daily session between 8:30am – 1pm. We are in contact with Jefferson Lab to arrange reimbursements for registrants who already paid registration fees.  This is far from ideal, but we had better stay safe at the moment.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.  Thanks.
