[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Hall B Status

The Nitrogen system is continuing to getting more stable as the vacuum in the TL gets better.
The Hall is using 1.8g/s of clean helium cooling it to 80K and it is flowing through the Torus which is up to 78K average CCM (coil cold mass) temperature.
The Solenoid is now at 34K and rising at 0.28K/hr with no supply flow, just static heat load.
The Buffer Dewar is now at 29%LL
