[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Hall B 80K warm up

Hall B is now flowing 4g/s of clean helium cooled to 80K through 3 parallel loads (Torus ~1.5g/s, Solenoid ~2g/s, Buffer Dewar ~0.5g/s.

This will continue overnight we may need to adjust the balance slightly and may need to add a bit more flow depending on where the temperatures stabilize.
