[Hallb-engineering] Minutes of today's Hall B round table meeting

Please find the minutes of today’s Hall B group round-table meeting at the link below.

The topics discussed include:

1) the work plan and personnel access for Hall B folks during the upcoming long accelerator
shutdown from Sep. 21, 2020 to June 2021. Note that the plan is for JLab to remain under
MEDCON5 status for this entire duration. This discussion was led by Marco Battaglieri.

2) the status of work toward the first CLAS12 publications (led by Latifa Elouadrhiri). The
first paper on dihadron SIDIS BSA has been circulated for initial comments. The second
paper on single hadron SIDIS BSA will be ready for circulation for initial comments in about
one week.
