Hall B Torus, Solenoid and Buffer Dewar are recovered after the ESR down to do panel work https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3891658  and the ESR restart : https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3891689

All are on cold return.

We implemented a much more automated recovery with an automated warm to cold return switch over made possible by work done here: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3891581. This turned out to be virtually "bumpless" on the ESR cold box.

This mode of recovery is available for Hall B cryo operators but requires switching some PID loops from Manual to Normal mode.

Note the TCD and SCD valves are quite large (Cv = 9) so they only needed to be a few percent open.

Also Denny put pumps on the Solenoid Supply and Return U-tubes. The Return had quite bad vacuum when it warmed! (Leak testing of the CVI ports and vacuum jacket should be done)
