[Hallb-engineering] Minutes of today's Hall B round table meeting

The topic for today focused on initial thinking and planning for operations in Hall B with
CLAS12 at high luminosity. The discussion was led by Victor Mokeev who talked about
possible physics topics of interest in such a regime and by Stepan Stepanyan who talked
in detail about a single such experiment on DDVCS that was submitted to a previous PAC
as a letter of intent. A new task force to push the planning of a physics program at such
a luminosity-upgraded CLAS12 will be led by Victor Mokeev.
