[Hallb-engineering] [New Logentry] Loss of LN2 cooled Helium to Torus and Solenoid

Denny called me this morning because we lost flow through the Torus and Solenoid. PV8563C interlock had dripped. This valve trips when the helium supply is warmer or colder than the metal of the magnets by more that 50K. 
We got it recovered.
I traced the issue back to a loss of LN2 in the Distribution Box Liquid nitrogen reservoir. it dried up at ~13:30 yesterday.

I called Chris Perry and he informed me that the ESR went down at noon yesterday and thus the transient in LN2 flow. 
We should keep an eye on this over the next few days.

Also note there was a gap in the data logging this morning which now seems to be fixed.
