[Hallb-engineering] SB-ESB Power Panel Outage in Hall B

Hello,

The Mini Torus Power Supply breaker needs to be replaced in panel SB-ESB.  Power to SB-ESB will go down for about 2 hours at 8 AM on Monday June 28, 2021 for this work.

Panels and sub-panels involved:

  *   SB-ESB
     *   BUPH1
        *   BUPL1
        *   BUPL5
     *   BUPH2
        *   BUPL2
