I have spent most of the day slowly working the min of EV8611JT_min back to its normal of 45 in 2% steps with plenty of time for things to settle between changes.  This worked well until I reached the min setpoint of 50.  
results shown in the attached graph.
I have moved the min setpoint of the EV8611JT_min loop to 52 for now.
