The meeting featured a discussion of considerations related to the JLab future plans to
upgrade the machine energy and to increase the operating luminosities in the experimental
halls. Marco Battaglieri introduced the high-level plans for JLab and Daniel Carman provided
a discussion for one CLAS12 subsystem (CTOF) to investigate how it could operate at higher
luminosity. Other CLAS12 subsystems will give presentations at upcoming meetings on this
topic.
